Everyone has the right to a written contract of employment, regardless of the length of the employment relationship, or the size of the position.
The agreement describes your employee’s and employer’s rights and responsibilities, and should always include information about: who has signed the agreement, the work place, description of the work or the position, the time of the working forholdets beginning, expected duration if the work is temporary, the right to vacation and holiday pay, probation, if this is agreed, the cancellation deadlines, salary, length, and location of your working hours, breaks, and any collective agreements governing the employment relationship. The employer shall make a draft to the contract of employment as soon as possible and no later than one month after the employment relationship started.
