The employee is responsible for following the instructions and safety rules as embodied in the business and legal developments. This can, for example, involve:
to use personal protective equipment where necessary. to tell the management or protection of the Ombudsman if you notice something in the work environment that is a risk to life and health. to participate in the dialogue meetings, and the participation at the drafting and implementation of the follow-up programs by the absence.
All businesses should have a safety delegate, who is an employee with a particular role to monitor and protect the work environment in the business. Cherish the Ombudsman shall take an active part in your business’s work with security, and is the person to contact if the security is not taken care of in the business.
